INNOVATION DAY

Takeoff, Innovation Day and startupinnovative.org
Innovation Day 30 November Alcatraz Milano

It is divided into three main moments, one institutional involving local and national authorities, one purely formative that involves the analysis of the specific discipline and the various legal and fiscal aspects affecting startups, and one of presentation of projects incubated by TAKE OFF.

The First Edition of Innovation Day

The first Innovation Day, presented by the Director of Il Giornale Alessandro Sallusti, took place on June 30, 2016 in the Golden Hall of the historic Society of the Garden of Milan, one of the oldest cultural circles in the world. It was the first public release of the new take off srl enterprise accelerator. An opportunity for Administrator Giuseppe Nucera, to present the innovative business model and to directly select the first startups to incubate.

The Second Edition of Innovation Day

The second edition, on November 22, 2016, was attended by the landscape journalist Giorgio Mulè, now a member of parliament, as moderator. Take Off has been able to launch an absolute novelty in the Italian startup scene, the work for equity, a state-of-the-art system to allow startups to receive specific high-level advice in exchange for shares of social capital.

The Third Edition of Innovation Day

The third edition, on April 10, 2017, was attended by the journalist RAI Chiara Del Gaudio. Take Off introduced the audience of potential investors and representatives from the worlds of finance, economics and the University to the projects of the Startups incubated in the first year of operation. At the same time, the first take-off crowdfunding campaign was launched with the goal, which was then easily achieved, of 500,000.00 euros of collection on the www.starsup.it platform.

The Fourth Edition of Innovation Day

On October 4, 2017, the fourth edition of the Innovation Day took place in the FALCK room of the Ambrosianeum Foundation in Milan. Dr. Giuseppe Nucera, administrator of Take Off Ltd highlighted the successes of the crowdfunding campaign launched in the previous edition and launched the idea of creating in Milan, the national capital of startups, a Take Off Building, to be acquired with a new crowdfunding campaign.

Innovation Day "On The Road"

In 2018, from 14 to 20 May, Innovation Day also had its first version "On the road", with a long weekly trip from Reggio Calabria to Milan. A road show that crosses Italy in the name of innovation, to represent with the metaphor of the journey in a Volkswagen ambulance of the 70s, the tortuous path that start-ups have before establishing themselves and the need for a decisive "rescue" from Take Off part.
Each daily conference took place in two sessions: the first institutional session during the morning, with the speeches of authoritative representatives of the institutions and universities and the second afternoon session dedicated to the insiders with the presence many speakers who are experts on the various issues related to the world of startups and finance. In the audience a diverse audience consisting of university students, potential investors, startuppers and exponents of the world of politics, economics and finance.

The first event was hosted by the Regional Council of Calabria in Reggio Calabria, the second by Unical in Cosenza, the third at the Campus City of Knowledge of Naples. The fourth meeting was held at Palazzo Madama, the seat of the Senate of the Republic in Rome. On the same day, Take Off received an important international award in Rome at the Sistine Theatre for the support activity it provides to innovative startups. The penultimate stage of the Innovation day on the road made a stopover in the Medieval village of castell'Arquato in the province of Piacenza, before the grand finale with the return home, in Piazza Duomo 16 in Milan.

The portal at the service of Italian Startups www.startupinnovative.org

Article 25 of the Growth Decree 2.0, DL 179/2012 sets out the requirements and methods that innovative startups must necessarily comply with in order to obtain and maintain membership in the appropriate section of the Chamber of Commerce and above all to take advantage of the facilities provided for innovative startups.

These obligations include advertising of key corporate data, which, unlike other types of companies, must be market-oriented and therefore shared and transparent. The names of the members, the division of the shares, the share capital and other data that usually for other types of companies can be consulted only on demand, in the case of innovative startups must always be transparent to the maximum and constantly updated on a six-monthly basis. In particular, the data requested by Article 12 and 13 of Article 179/2012 is subject to 'market oriented' advertising, i.e. shared and consulted by third parties on computer support and by search engines, with free processing and republishing. A sharing that must take place on computer support, must be tracked by search engines and with the ability to process and republish the data in question for free.
It results in the loss or suspension of benefits. In addition, within 30 days of the approval of the budget and within six months of the closing of each financial year, the legal representative of the innovative start-up or certified incubator certiates that the requirements of paragraph 2 and paragraph 5 are retained and submits that declaration to the Business Register Office.

Innovative start-ups should ensure cyber access to this information
• the master data
• activity
•
To the founding members and other employees
•
The budget
•
to relationships with other players in the supply chain such as incubators or investors; certified incubators:
the data, the activity, the budget - from the home page of their website, but according to our statistics about 90 percent of innovative startups are not in compliance with these requirements. A problem that concerns not only the risk of the loss of the requirements of innovative startups, but also and above all the lack of reliability in the face of potential investors who always demand transparency, accessibility and sharing, respecting the protection of personal data, and fairness before investing in an innovative startup. A matter of respect and presentation... Important as you show up, otherwise I think you want to hide something

For this reason Take Off has created the portal www.startupinnovative.org, a useful platform for all innovative startups to respect...
In this way, with a small monthly subscription, all innovative Italian startups and innovative SMEs have a personalized web page that can be accessed by all potential investors to view and examine the accounting data, financial, tax-effective startups. This data can also be updated directly by startups and linked directly to the home page of the company's institutional website.
An ideal and privileged platform for a business angel that can comfortably choose the startup to bet on by directly comparing budget data and corporate data without exhausting research. An ideal and privileged platform to do coworking and networking, because it was born to facilitate the exchanges of experiences and skills between startuppers of the same sector, but also to evaluate the possibility of finding new customers among startups.

Don't rule out the possibility of being an integral part of the portal
We meet the advertising obligations of start-ups through the portal
www.startupinnovative.org, owned by Take Off.

Innovation Day "On The Road"

• all'anagrafica
• all'attivita' svolta
