Among the different services for innovative startups, Take Off constantly organizes events and meetings to allow startups to meet potential funders and to encourage the exchange of opinions and experiences among aspiring entrepreneurs. We have strong and ongoing collaborations with universities, research centres, public institutions and financial partners.
We organize Knowledge sharing events in order to increase cross-learning between start-ups and increase the competitiveness of start-ups that are part of the network. These events are called Innovation Day.
Each Innovation Day is primarily aimed at informing all stakeholders involved in the creation and support of startups and connecting the world of startups with the world of finance and universities..

Search for lenders and investors
Italian Startups

The search for financiers and investors for Italian Startups, goes from Innovation Day on November 30th to the Aclatraz in Milan Italy, beyond the aspects related to the tax rate and the cost of labour - particularly rigid structural variables - , represents one of the most attractive countries on the European scene, as the legislature has been able to create legislation that is conducive to the startup ecosystem. The approach of investors, whether they are FFF CDs (family, friends, fools), or professional investors, has also evolved and more and more operators are entering the world of venture capital of innovative startups.

As part of the growth choices, the Government has introduced a series of measures aimed at the development of the digital sector and the encouragement, birth and growth of innovative start-ups. In particular, the 2012 decree kicked off a number of opportunities for innovative start-ups through incentives, tax relief and regulatory simplifications aimed at both start-ups and investors.

The Government has so far allocated 900 million for the growth of the digital sector, partly to cover tax manoeuvres and concessions and partly allocated for direct investment in start-ups. IRPEF deduction of 30% of the amount invested by the taxpayer in the social capital of one or more innovative start-ups directly or through funds, accelerators, incubators, ventures and other investment bodies in start-ups up to a maximum investment of 1,000,000 Euros per year.
IRES deduction of 30% of the amount invested by the company in the social capital of one or more innovative start-ups directly or through funds, accelerators, incubators, ventures and other investment bodies in start-ups up to a maximum investment of 1.8 million euros per year.
All the measures introduced will ensure that in the coming years the start-up ecosystem will develop, placing Italy as a reference point in Europe with regard to the birth and development of innovative start-ups and their legislation in favour.

Innovative startups
Italy are growing strongly

TAKE OFF was born with the main purpose of fostering the birth and development of new entrepreneurial initiatives. To achieve this, it has mainly identified the tool of innovative startups. The special discipline reserved for these companies makes Italy one of the most attractive countries in the euro area for the creation of a new business initiative.

Innovative startups in Italy are a growing phenomenon. This is mainly due to the particular discipline that the Italian legislature has reserved for this type of initiative to give a boost to the economy.
There are many benefits and are in 360 degrees the incentive to the creation of innovative new companies. There are tax breaks, exemptions in terms of subordinateworking relationships, the issuance of particular financial instruments by startups, access to facilitated credit through public guarantees and many others. The effects of the various legislative interventions have yielded excellent results and lead Italy to the top places in Europe for facilitation to startups.
in mid-2015, to almost 8,000 at the end of 2017. Important numbers that demonstrate the goodness of what has been done in Italy so far.

In a time order, one of the most recent legislative interventions is the 2017 Budget Act, which introduced the National Industry Plan 4.0, which represents the Government's new industrial policy strategy to promote digitisation and competitive strengthening of the Italian production fabric.
This is just one of the latest interventions in time introduced by the legislature, but it is since 2012 that various governments continue to introduce rules that stimulate the creation of new entrepreneurial initiatives based on innovation. The measures gradually introduced cover many aspects of the life of innovative startups; we find rules that simplify the establishment and maintenance of society, rules that make the labour market more flexible, exemptions to the civil code and bankruptcy law, and rules that facilitate access to credit. For these reasons, Italy is one of the best countries on the international scene to establish an innovative startup.
The growth trend of Italian startups has remained constant since the introduction of the specific discipline as shown in the following chart.

In the meantime, mise, every six months, prepares detailed reports on the effects of the various reforms introduced precisely for innovative startups.

Take Off

TAKE OFF's activity fills the gap in the market in terms of incubators that adopt work for equity as a business model.
In our opinion it is the only sustainable model for a startup incubator, a model that applies in this case the blue ocean strategy, that is, operates in a market where there is basically no competition because there are no operators who can practice work for equity on a large scale without the business needing important funding for several years before the activity reaches (if it ever does) the economic/financial balance.
Our business model is always ready to embrace market trends and change according to what is most convenient for our company.
Short-term goals
Becoming a take off member also means making an investment in the company's financial assets that includes a portfolio that currently has more than 40 start-ups. We've invested a total of 504,500 dollars
The Exit of the investment will take place (in the medium term estimated in about 5 years) through the sale of the shares in the secondary market or as a result of the company's listing via the Italian spa stock exchange.

DISDIVERSIFICATION AND SO DEADEN THE RISK
Consistent with the social purposes TAKE OFF is committed, in addition to the identification of new business opportunities, also in a continuous activity aimed at increasing the value of assisted Startups, whether they are participated or simply incubated.
This will allow us to increase the value of our holdings which, in the event of exit, will be monetised to the benefit of our company.
Together with the increase in the value of our takeover staking, TAKE OFF is committed to growing its business in foreign markets, where it is believed that there will be high growth rates, so some markets have been identified that may be able to be appropriate investments. In particular, Asian markets, India, China, the United States and Arab countries in general, are considered interesting, but above all North Africa, where it is already planned to open a subsidiary during 2018 in Tunisia.
successful closure of the first Equity Crowdfunding campaign with a collection of over 500,000 euros.

Take Off
Abbiamo investito complessivamente € 504.500
