The area was purchased thanks to the crowdfunding fundraising that reached 700,000 euros. Purchase fully funded by crowfunding on Satrsup.it, which increases the value of Take Off's company shares. A share far below the real market value of the property, which acquired an even higher price after the restructuring.
The property is located at the entrance to Milan Nord, near Viale Certosa.

of about 500 apartments, served by the M1 subway.

So entrepreneurs and workers must be provided with a complete service, including baby-parking, because now the companies of the future, those that are already considered virtuous today, are those that put human resources at the center of everything and try to enhance and put them in conditions of giving the maximum. Because the time has come to adopt a Smart approach not only to the City but also to the Company and the company organization. Beyond the old and outdated concepts of "working time" and "office", understood as time and physical space dedicated to work.
The Smart Co-Working - Smart Cities project therefore aims to create places where individuals can improve the quality of life through the use of innovative technologies, create a community of innovators where man and respect for human dignity are at the center. .
In this regard, among the many initiatives, we believe that the creation of an intercompany baby-sitting service (Co-Baby Project) represents a solution for all those parents who do not always manage to reconcile parenting with traditional work. Creating a place where parents can continue to do their job with the peace of mind of having their children a few meters away is a form of respect for the dignity of working women and mothers.

Il Take Off Building è uno spazio moderno e funzionale interamente dedicato alle startup e alle PMI innovative. Un luogo di lavoro e di studio, di incontri e di riunioni, di prove pratiche e sperimentazioni. Un modo unico e moderno per fare impresa e per creare un ambiente di lavoro Smart.
Take Off srl ha acquisito e ristrutturato un immobile di interesse storico e architettonico in un quartiere strategico di Milano Nord, al centro delle principali direttive autostradali e ferroviarie. L’area è stata acquistata grazie alla raccolta fondi in crowdfunding che ha raggiunto quota 500.000,00 €. Acquisto totalmente finanziato dal crowfunding su Satrsup.it, che fa aumentare il valore delle quote societarie di Take Off srl. Una quota di gran lunga al di sotto del reale valore di mercato dell’immobile, che ha acquisito una quotazione ancora più elevata dopo la ristrutturazione funzionale...?????

Oltre A creare un ambiente estremamente favorevole alla nascita e allo sviluppo delle start-up, occorre mettere gli startupper nelle condizioni di ideare, creare, sperimentare al meglio le proprie idee. Quindi bisogna fornire agli imprenditori e ai lavoratori un servizio completo, incluso il baby-parking, perché ormai le aziende del futuro, quelle che già oggi sono considerate virtuose, sono quelle che mettono al centro di tutto le risorse umane e cercano di valorizzarle e metterle in condizioni di dare il massimo. Perché è arrivato il momento di adottare un approccio Smart non solo alla City ma anche all’ Azienda e all’organizzazione aziendale. Al di là delle vecchie e ormai superate concezioni di “orario di lavoro” e di “ufficio”, intesi come tempo e spazio fisico dedicati al lavoro.
Il progetto Smart Co-Working – Smart Cities vuole creare quindi luoghi in cui gli individui possano migliorare la qualità della vita attraverso l’uso delle tecnologie innovative, creare una community di innovatori dove al centro ci sia l’uomo e il rispetto della dignità umana.
A tal proposito, tra le tante iniziative, riteniamo che la creazione di un servizio di baby-sitting interaziendale (Progetto Co-Baby) rappresenti una soluzione per tutti quei genitori che non sempre riescono a conciliare il lavoro di genitore con il lavoro tradizionale. Creare un luogo ove i genitori possano continuare a svolgere il proprio lavoro con la tranquillità di avere a pochi metri i propri figli è una forma di rispetto della dignità delle donne lavoratrici e mamme.
